George Beers
George graduated in 1991 from the University of Valley Forge after which he, along with his wife Pam, entered pastoral ministry. He currently serves as Co-Lead Pastor of New Life Church in Kittitas, WA. With over 30 years of pastoral and leadership experience, he has served in a variety of settings and positions in New York, Oregon and Washington. Having been a church-planter and the pastor of a long-established congregation, George understands the pressures placed upon ministry leaders.
George and Pam travel frequently, seeking to refresh, inspire, strengthen and encourage congregations and church leadership. He holds a MA in Communication and Leadership, with a specialization in Strategic and Organizational Communication from Gonzaga University.
George and Pam were married in 1988 and have two adult children. They love hiking, cooking, a delightful book and football! Go Hawks!
Pamela Beers
Pam has served alongside her husband, George, in Pastoral ministry since 1991. She graduated from the University of Valley Forge in 1990 with a degree in Youth and Christian Education. In 2019, she received a Master in Ministry from Portland Seminary (formerly George Fox Evangelical Seminary) with a specialization in Spiritual Direction. Pam is an ordained minister with the Northwest Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, a member of the Christ-Centered Spiritual Directors (ESDA), and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Pam is Co-Lead Pastor of New Life Church in Kittitas, WA.
